ML BOOKING & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date/time. Your deposit will go toward your total payment amount. You’ll receive a confirmation email and also booking reminders before your appointment.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the photoshoot. Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App(+5).
In the rare event that I must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Please arrive on time. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. There is A $25 late fee for every additional 10 minutes of delay. If you are more than 20 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be canceled. Your Booking time will not be extended due to lateness, unless I decide otherwise.

If you are unable to make it to the appointment, your deposit will act as a cancellation fee.
You can reschedule 24 hours before your photoshoot through your confirmation email.
You can reschedule once. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a $35 rescheduling fee and $75 rescheduling fee for studio sessions.
Requests to reschedule once I have arrived at the shoot location will result in a $60 rescheduling fee.
For lifestyle photoshoots if you do not have a location you can look through my location highlights 1 & 2. I’ll also reach out to you within 24 hours before your appointment, with “location suggestions” that allow photos or have a higher chance of being able to take pictures inside.
Locations are limited, If you choose a location of your choice, you assume all risks.
Since we do not own these private indoor properties, only the individual(s) being photographed are permitted inside- large groups are not permitted at all.
Travel fee locations include Bronx,JFK,CI, Yonkers nearby areas & any areas beyond these.
NOTE : No one is 100% guaranteed photos inside any indoor premises in NYC. These are private spaces. If a location denies entry, we can take outdoor photos at a nice nearby location.

STUDIO SESSIONS
POST-PHOTOSHOOT & EDITING

After your photo shoot, the balance for your photo shoot is due in either cash, Zelle, Cashapp (+5) or Apple Pay.
You’ll receive all raw photos within 24 hours after your photo shoot. Photos will be delivered via a link. Clients Keep all RAW images.
You will not receive the link to your photos until the full balance is paid.
You have 48 hours to request edits for the number of photos you wish to have edited. No edit requests will be accepted after this timeframe.
To request edits. Each RAW photo has a unique file name. Provide the file name located on the bottom of each photo within the link. (example 6357, 6243, 0016, 2315 ).
Lifestyle edits take 2-3 business days after the client submits the photos they want edited.
Studio edits take 4-7 business days.
For next day edits, you will receive the edits within 24 hours after you choose.
If you don’t want your images posted. Please notify ML in writing after your session.
